Welcome to Northmoor Academy

At Northmoor Academy we have a shared ambition for our school, our staff, our children and their families to reach their full potential. We know that a high quality education gives children the very best start in life. I am extremely proud of our academy, the strong values we uphold and the high expectations we have for our pupils both academically and socially. We aim to prepare our pupils to be confident and ready for every stage of their lives, including the move to high school and beyond.

Northmoor first opened to pupils in September 2016 as a new provision for the children of Oldham. We are proud of our strong, diverse school community that we serve. We work effectively with parents, partners and the local community to support and develop all our pupils. 

At our most recent inspection by Ofsted we were rated Good in all areas with Behaviour and Personal Development being rated as Outstanding. This is a credit to our staff and children who work relentlessly to 'be the very best that we can be.'
